All orders are placed online through the wholesale portal of our e-commerce shop. Once a buyer is accepted as a wholesale partner, they will be able to log-in to their account and view our wholesale products and pricing. All prices are listed in $US and wholesale products are priced at 50% below the MSRP. (Prices are subject to change without notice.)

Wholesale partners must provide a valid resale/sales tax ID, and we may reach out to request a copy of the resale certificate for our records if one is not already on file.  Orders are subject to our wholesale terms & conditions, and an order placed with us constitutes an agreement to those terms. We do not offer consignment.

We kindly ask that any (minimal) changes to your order be emailed to us within 48 hours, to elyse@primsociety.com. Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations.


Full payment is due at checkout. Occasionally we can offer Net30 terms to established accounts; this is offered on a case-by-case basis, and ultimately we reserve the right to offer or decline net terms at our discretion.


The first order minimum is $250; re-orders are $150. (Individual products may have minimum order quantities, which will be noted in each listing.)

We kindly ask that buyers be mindful about respecting the minimums, as our website does not currently have the functionality to monitor whether minimums are being met or not.

Production Time

Production times vary depending on the size of the order and season, but are generally 2 weeks or less. (Large orders may take up to 3-4 weeks.) Please note that all orders might be subject to delays due to rare or unforeseen circumstances out of our control. We'll notify you if such a delay occurs, or if your order will take more than 2 weeks to ship.


Shipping is paid for by the buyer, and is automatically calculated by our website based on overall weight, size, and destination. We'll gladly refund any shipping costs $5 or over the actual cost it is to ship. Conversely, we may reach out to buyers for additional funds if the actual shipping cost is more than what was automatically calculated by the website.

International buyers are responsible for any additional import fees, tariffs, or taxes. Also, please note that we ship to the address provided by buyers at checkout and any costs incurred due to failed, mis-delivery, returned packages, etc. is the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Damages

Please inspect your orders immediately upon arrival. Buyers must contact us within 5 days of delivery in the event of any damage, defect, shortage, or other issues so we can initiate a replacement or a refund/credit. (For insurance purposes, please hold onto any damaged packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.)

Due to the nature of most Prim Society products and their intended use with children, returns, exchanges, and buybacks are not available outside of the conditions listed above. As many of our products are handmade, each product may vary slightly and does not constitute damage or defect.


Wholesale partners may only sell Prim Society products online via the URL or website that was submitted on the wholesale application. Prim Society does not allow wholesale partners to sell our products through other sites or retailers, including: Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Shoptiques, etc. Failure to comply will result in the termination of our wholesale partnership. Additionally, any listings for our products should contain our name in the title or product description, and credit Prim Society as the designer/creator.


Buyers may contact us to request a sample of an item. Generally we can offer samples at wholesale pricing, and if an order is made, the cost of the samples will count towards the order minimum. (Samples are offered at our discretion.)
