You can, and in fact we highly recommend including at least a "To/From" note if your order is a gift and you're having it shipped to someone else!
As a complimentary service, we can include a brief, handwritten note on the branded card that is included with all orders. There is a box in the "cart" page where you can type out the message you want to be included.
You can also purchase any of our greeting cards and we can handwrite a message inside of them. For this option, there is a box to type out your message on all of the greeting card product pages.
We are now offering custom color swatch toys as a limited time pre-order three times per year. The pre-order window will be open for two weeks, followed by one week of production time.

At this time we are not accepting custom quilt requests.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Once you add products to the cart, you can use the Shipping Calculator to estimate your shipping cost. The final shipping price will be calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 receive $5 flat rate domestic shipping!
Please allow 2-4 calendar days for your order to process (i.e. leave the studio). The length of time your order is in transit will depend on the shipping method you choose during checkout (Priority, Express, etc.).
Due to the nature of most Prim Society products and their intended use with children, all purchases are final. However, if you have any problems with your order please contact us within 3 days of delivery. (For insurance purposes, please hold onto any damaged packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved.)
At this time sales tax is collected on all orders with a shipping address in Tennessee.

We respect your inbox. Our newsletter is sent out periodically - not more than two or three times a month, and you always have the option to unsubscribe if you change your mind.

Great question! Prim Society is actually run by just one person, and that's me - Elyse Wigen. I design and sew all the products, create the marketing materials, run the social media accounts, pack all the orders... you get the idea. Saying "us" and "we" on the website just makes us (ha! See what I did there?) feel fancy and cool.
